Returns Eligibility

  • Made-to-Order Products: Due to the custom nature of our beds (including choices of size, fabric, headboard, and storage), returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Non-Custom Products (e.g. mattresses or accessories): May be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description

We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost if approved.

📦 How to Return Eligible Items

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and return it using the provided label.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-sized or made-to-order beds
  • Used or assembled items
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
